They are backed by powerful financial companies. Push them on the compensation. Their executive leadership looks very strong as well. I heard good things a few months ago when I read about them.
I am about to get an offer for the principle engineer role in the DV team(Santa Clara) any insight on what to expect in the initial offer. Heard that some of the folks have taken cut when they switched from Intel to Ampere. Currently at Intel I am making ~$165k base and ~$30k in bonus ( apb + qpb). Just got the promo this year from g7 to g8 this year at intel so I know there is not much room to grow with intel atleast for the another 3 years.
Did you move to Ampere? What was TC?
