What are post MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) salaries after exit at the manager level to Pharma companies, or Visa, MasterCard, PepsiCo etc.? Curious if anyone has moved to top F500 non tech firms at management levels post consulting and what kind of comp and growth is available?

A friend joined Verizon from BCG, his comp was 5k higher than mine out of business school
Would be really helpful if you could give the comp range as well! Thank you!
We LOVE hiring ex mgmt consultants. We generally pay them about 175k base, 20% bonus, and 60-80/yr in stock. This is in lower cost of living areas (Utah). No idea what it is in chicago, seattle, etc.
Ask Career Service team. They have the data.
The Charles Aris annual compensation report has some data.

You may move to management roles. You don't necessarily see a "big" bump in the salary but you see a big bump in work life balance.
So would you say salary level at CVS will stay in the 200-300 range? Is there a path to making more than that at CVS and similar firms?
Senior director and VP make 200-300 range at CVS. I don't know if they would hire a MBB manager to be a VP at CVS.
