Confused between new grad offers, need help!

Hey guys, I have two entry level Software Engineer offers and I would like some advice on which offer sounds better in your opinion. Offer 1: Company - JPMorgan Chase Location - Wilmington, DE TC - $95k ($85k base + $10k bonus) Offer 2: Company - SAP Location - Palo Alto, CA TC - $122k ($112k base + $10k bonus) Which offer looks better when it comes to overall compensation, WLB, benefits, and career growth? I would like to join a top tech company after getting a few years of experience. #tech #sap #jpmorgan #SWE #google #amazon #facebook

Thanks for your advice, I will try to negotiate a little more. They said they donā€™t usually give RSUs until a year of joining but I can ask

Good advice, I will keep looking but until I find something else, I will have to make a decision to pick one of these offers

Will you be graduating next year? Or have you already graduated? If you still have a year left, Iā€™d probably pick JPMC for the brand and then keep interviewing for better brands

Do you think JPMC is a better brand name than SAP when it comes to entry level SWE market? I definitely noticed it is more noticeable to people not familiar with tech but not sure about tech specifically

None those both suck. Youā€™re an American you should do better than this.

Wtf! What does his/her citizenship status have to do with this?

Citibank 336 Sep 9, 2021

Americans make more than every other country in the world and I donā€™t have a new grad offer lower than any of his

I picked SAP based on your goal of joining a big tech company. East coast generally but Wilmington, DE in particular is going to be finance city.
