What's the difference between the Solutions Consultant and the Implementation Consultant roles at Sprinklr? For context, I'm asking about roles based in Dubai, UAE. Would having extensive knowledge and technical hands-on experience working with several modules clientside count as a competitive edge against other applicants? What about the company culture and the calibre of current hires? Anything would help, thank you. #sprinklr #consulting #productmanager

Ex Implantation consultant here. SC is an upstream, pre-sales role. You would take part in proposing and pitching solutions to potential clients for them to buy. Compensation would be higher and would include a commission (not sure of the numbers). IC is a downstream product delivery role. You would configure and deliver the solution sold to the client. Lower compensation The people in the IC EMEA team are (or at least used to be) great! Very kind, helpful and super supportive! However, the culture and upper management are pretty bad. Especially since the organization changes last year
This is very helpful, thank you! My team and I have had a hard time getting fixes for bugs on multiple occasions. We've had 2 different support teams on the same call and both were not able to solve the issue exchanging responsibility. Thought I'd join to maybe do something about it from within, and the senior consultant roles turned out to pay well, hence my interest!
