Hey Folks just got contracting opportunity working at PNC Remote position due to pandemic 😷, Just want to know how is work culture any input will be appreciated.
I always felt they had the culture to blame everything on contractors if anything went wrong. I was full time there. Other than that it’s very laid back. It was very waterfall like. I know they are moving towards being more agile so maybe things are shifting in the right direction. Hopefully culture has changed. You should post here after few days how you liked it :)
OP, can you provide how do you like it there in regards to wlb and career development ? I got a Java developer role contract and would appreciate your input.
Contracting is always awesome with PNC
