To contractors/consultants and business founders out there: does having a FAANG brand name on your resume help you get better rates or find/close clients easier? I assume mobility across industries is easier with a FAANG brand name (e.g. G -> trading firm easier than Uber/Lyft -> trading firm), but does it hold any advantages for doing your own thing?
