Convoy PM interview help
Hi, I have an interview with the Hiring Manager for Program Manager role at Convoy. Can some one please shed some light on this process. I heard it is very similar to Amazon behavioral. But would like to hear from wider audiences. Thanks #tech #convoy #supplychain #amazon #programmanager
+1 here, what’s the meaning of the levels / how comparable is it to other companies & when is this strike going to be known?
Pay is competitive with Amazon, Microsoft.. if you are ok with preIPO stock. That’s where folks have a problem usually. Structure: base and stock. No bonus. Levels are comparable to Amazon levels. Product, program and business Manager title is usually 1 level up. Example: L6 is Sr manager, L7 Director, L8 Sr Director. A bit more weird and different for engineering managers. I think it goes L6 (EM), L7 (principal EM), L8(Director), L9(sr director).
Is convoy’s pay competitive? Can current convoy employee provide some insight on comp structure?
