Can anyone give me insight on CrowdStrike benefits. I looked at Glassdoor but I get some mixed reviews. I’m particularly interested in Maternity leave, 401k match, and Heath coverage. #crowdstrike #tech #techcareer

I did. $191 TC. Which might sound low compared to some of these other guys I see in here but I’m very pleased considering I just increased TC by over 100% lol

@op on what level/position did you join?
3 months for both birthing and non birthing, no wait period 401k very low matching -it sucks i pay 60 per pay cycle for myself including medical dental and vision. Why don't you ask the recruiter for a flyer?
I haven’t gotten an official offer yet. They said they will be getting back to me today. Btw In general are you happy with the company?
Barring the stock volatility, it's been pretty great.
