Cruise Senior staff (L7) compensation
What is current salary range for for L7 in cruise for a new hire? Recruiter wanted to know the expectation before starting the process. Current TC: 480k

Even if you joined at high stock price the comp must be close to 600k given the recovery . Something doesn’t add up
Cruise pays a lot. I would guess over 600. But it’s not public yet and probably won’t ipo for a few years until the tech is profitable. Honestly I wouldn’t join. The TC is too uncertain and so is the tech.
What’s uncertain - you think equity will fall?
We can sell RSUs every quarter. Not IPO but it’s not just paper options either.
