Novice here. Outside of Coinbase (which only covers bitcoin, ethereum, and litecoin ATM), where is the best bet to safely invest in crypto? Also, what do you review as a standard to research the viability of the 840+ cryptos? Lastly: bonus q - which crypto are you most excited about? PT
Great question. I'd also be interested in learning from this extensive group about experiences with cryptocurrencies.
None of it is safe. But safety is relative to to your opportunity cost and regret. Read and engage and don't invest more than you can afford to lose. Diversify. Investigate the potential of blockchain on your day job.
Safely invest in crypto πππππππ
The truth is that crypto currency may not be safe but older and more mature stocks (like Walmart, KMART, Sears, Apple) tend to be the most stable and are generally unaffected by industry trends and economic downturns. I would advise you steer away from the coins and put money in your bank and into the stables unless you are trying to gamble life away.
Lol
There's those words crypto and invest in the same sentence again lolol!! #TheBubbleIsReal
A lot of people like Kraken. Ledger and Trezor are ones I like. The key to safety, aside from a secure site itself, is don't make a lot of trades. Once your transaction is on the blockchain, it is hard to "steal", unless your wallet is hacked.
