They would have continued paying you lower rate if you didn't get offer from Deloitte and will do so again in future.
Why in the ever holy F would you stay with a company that has been deliberately underpaying you for all this time.
Agree your current employee was not paying well until just now when you have better offer. Sometime starting fresh is all you need .
