Customer Success Engineer at Databricks? What exactly is this role?
Is this some kind of Technical Account Lead/Technical Product Manager? Or is it more like a Tech Support Engineer?
You're still their main "support guy"
customer success here has yet to figure out what this role actually should be. they are mostly junior people with 3-5 yoe working as technical account managers for ~30 customers at a time. Avoid.
What is the compensation like?
