Got verbal from Doordash for E4 Seattle area. I have a meeting setup with recruiter on Monday to discuss the next steps. Based on my research on blind and levels.fyi, at E4 Doordash is offering: Base: 180K RSU: 425K Bonus: 18000(10% of Base) Wanted to know the range I can go with? Total YOE: 5yrs. This TC looks great for a E4. Surprised you wouldnt be E5 at 5 years. Is bonus guaranteed?
I am not sure about the bonus. I came up with these numbers after looking at various blind posts. The main idea behind the post is to have the numbers in head while negotiating.
What's the offered TC for year 1 and year 2 based on RSU vesting?
