Gentlemen, what are the supplements you use daily for a better life? And why? Especially >30 yo

Just vitamin D and that too when I remember about it. So even that's not on a daily basis. Eat well and get workout 2 to 4 times a week. You don't need any. Supplements unless recommended by Doctor is a huge scam in my opinion.

Most supplements just produce expensive neon pee. There have only been a few that (subjectively) seem to make any difference for me. Basis (I don't remember the actual ingredients, there are two, and you can just as easily buy them both separately separately). Phenylpiracetam works well for focus. So does armodafinil, but that one also makes sleeping difficult. Going to the gym. Eating less crap.

This doesn’t work for me because I barely sleep at night because my kid wakes up multiple times during the night and I can only sleep 3-4 hours in a day. I need to make important decision during the office hours and run from meeting to meeting. Otherwise I do everything you mentioned above
