Hello, I spoke to a TA member for one of the architect position and the salary range is from $115K - $160k. Is this very low for this position? Benefits seems to be nice though.. TA member told me this is the max they could provide. Location is Portland, OR My recent salary was $150k with least benefits.. I am currently living in a LCOL area. Is it worth moving (yet to clear the interview)? TC:150k Yoe:16 Thanks, Karma02
160k is about the max you can get for non-management level. Benefits are above par though.
@KXPa60 how much annual bonus that I expect? TA member mentioned it's not individual bonus rather it's a company wide bonus around 8% depends on how company is performing on the fiscal year.. is this correct?
The bonus depends on ROS, unit sales and level. 5% would be a good number to plan with. Merit increase is performance based.

Very low, dont move to a company whose core business is not IT and plus it is european company , EU companies tend to pay less than US companies. In short dont move.
I am strongly in favor of connected vehicles which has the brighter future. I had one yr of experience with one of the major automotive company and got recently laid off.. The remaining years mostly with service sector and I really like the automotive domain.. Thanks for your reply, I also think it's a low offer...
Connected vehicles is good pay market, but if its a US based company but not EU based
