Hey Google Folks, Danielle Brown has been at Google for over a quarter now. What do you have to say about her diversity efforts or is it still too soon for comments? Has she instigated her white/Asian male discrimination policies yet? IMHO, she was a complete BOZO at Intel. Her discriminatory URM policies were but another nail in Intel's coffin. We really need to purge all of the MCM, especially the king BOZO BK. I am so glad that she is gone from Intel but I wouldn't wish her on any organization or company.

Why are you still at Intel if you clearly hate it?
I met Danielle when she was driving the Diversity and Inclusion efforts at Intel. I asked her how could she measure inclusion, or evaluate it, and she said that she was working on these things. I asked her again six months later and got the same answer. Then she left Intel. I hope she does a better job at Google :)
Isn't that funny! All the damage she did to Intel and she did it blindly - without any meaningful metrics! How she has progressed to her position is a total mystery. This also speaks volumes of BK's ineptitude.

Danielle Brown is just a figurehead at Google. She is no more than a marketing gimmick. She will not easily be able to increase URM hires at Google the way she did at Intel - Google's bar is simply too high. Since Danielle is a smart ambitious person she will not tolerate her handcuffed stifled "token" existence at Google for long. I bet Danielle leaves Google within 2 years. But at elite companies WTF do Chief Diversity Officers do ? I can tell you that my black Intel colleague phone interviewed with Google for a SW Engineer position and Google DID NOT cut the person any slack. This colleague went in with zero preparation however. Point is this person was EASILY hired into Intel as a SW Engineer 4 years ago and has ZERO chance of even attending a Google onsite unless said person studies hard for 6 months. Danielle will never be able to "fix" that.

techymechy I don't disagree with you but Danielle has political smarts which can't be discounted - she is an ambitious climber. Like it or not these political maneuvering skillz will help her throughout life, even at Google.

I attended an event where Danielle was to speak about D&I. Surprisingly, she didn't have much to say compared to the other panelists. She didn't really have real life examples to share. But she seemed sane to me.
My impression is mainly from her public-ish communications answering various questions and mass mails. I don't know her much she's able to affect hiring standards. Fellow googlers are fairly alert to non top talents. I think her main contributions to toxicity comes from bringing mainstream belligerence and aggressive virtue signaling to a normally analytical and rational Google culture. She essentially empowers the more gullible sjw portion of Google to groupthink and intolerance, red guard style.
Boy, you Googlers are fortunate. Danielle Brown nose had the social dolt BK wrapped around her little finger and just spewed the non-analylytic SJW crap to push URM hiring at any cost/capability policies at Intel. Of course, BK is grasping for anything to cloud his ineptitude and latched onto this metric as his employee/productivity "improvement" plan. And, of course, there is no way to measure improvement and it is very clear that morale (which will become employee productivity) has gotten worse. Danielle, sensing that her run at Intel was done, jumped ship to Google. It sounds like her SJW crap has a much smaller management/employee audience at Google. I am sure that there are far fewer BOZO management at Google who are willing to blindly follow her toxic URM policies. Of course, in any organization there are the incompetent SJW employees /management who will benefit and support these bile policies. I expect that Danielle will have her run like Carly Fiornia - rise to her utter incompetence by using her sharp tongue and sex, destroy all of the company under her control, and eventually be relegated to obscurity.
Ya it's a bit more nuanced. She's definitely doing massive damage to the culture. With her backing, sjw brown shirts are patrolling the cyber streets and violently oppressing all forms of independent thoughts and dialogue. Culturally, Ruth and Susan are in that category too. But I don't think these corporate non googley types totally took over upper management and have a blank check yet. Mainly because unlike many other companies, Google's financial structure is an oligarchy instead of a democracy which makes it a bit more stable. Larry and Sergey aren't as mindless as these corporate types and less corrupt than Eric to start barking for Russian white supremacists' blood as soon as CNN tells them to. In the long run, I'm more worried about the power elites like Susan doing real societal damage with YouTube deep state censorship than Danielle with a clique of rabid and violent religious followers. The SJW trend is weak enough on its logical legs that it'll tumble by itself in Google. Might make a whole bunch of people quit and take many quarters to make its follies obvious but it won't cling into Google forever.

BOZO....I don't know why it is generally capitalized, but it is. BOZO is referenced to Bozo the clown. It generally means one who is not competent. It is used at Intel to describe management who is not technically competent but who have risen due to political prowess. These managers live by PowerPoint presentations and surround themselves with other BOZO managers who fixate themselves on managing upward, kissing butt, and putting their "career" above anything else and wouldn't think twice about crushing a subordinate or stabbing a coworker in the back if it were for their benefit. Look at Intel's executive management for a perfect example.
