Trying to figure out my next move. I have enterprise opportunities at all three companies. Comp is fairly similar around 300K OTE with 200 to 250,000 in RSU vesting over four years. Which organization would you lean towards and why? #ae #enterprise #sales
Sales force knows what’s up ^ Very territory and manager dependent at AWS
It’s that clear?
nah AWS is best (read: easiest) sales job you’ll ever have
In the same boat. No offers/not currently exploring the job market but more curious what the best spaces to be in and what you think are going to be what people are buying. Not currently with Pega any longer but have a 150/300k split. Is greenfield still the best way to make money? Or is having 3-5 install accounts the best way to make big bucks. Also, for which spaces are people buying in? - data management - security - Salesforce/Salesforce products - other areas?
Security / data are the big leagues now
Any particular areas of data?
AWS or Databricks Riskier but with higher up-side go for Databricks Essentially guaranteed OTE and comfortably high TC go for AWS
Is there a better team or vertical for AWS? I don’t know how their structure works
Databricks- growth. Snow or aws id be concerned about a tiny territory
