Databricks: worth interviewing?
Pretty bored at Google with the slow pace. L4 with 330k TC @ 5 YOE. A DB recruiter reached out. Is it worth interviewing there now, or is it too late? Also how difficult are the interviews?

Databricks folks are built different.
Interviews weren't too bad. Reference check and Hiring committee were brutal though.

We do front door and back door reference checks
Depends on what you mean by “worth it”. Is it too late to become a multi-millionaire like some of the early folks? Absolutely. Interview process is known to be quite a grind
Is the ROI on exit worth the interview grind?
For me, it was. Increased TC by more than 50%, maintained base
