Datadog vs Workday
Got Sr. SDE offers from datadog (NYC) and workday (Pleasanton, CA). Datadog TC: 360 Workday TC not known yet YOE: 6 Datadog sounds like a better brand name on the resume while workday has superb wlb. Which one should I choose?
The p4 tc at workday will most likely come lower than 360 .

Is datadog that good on resume? I thought datadog is like tier2 while workday is like tier3.
Whatever tier Datadog belongs to, it has to be 2 tiers above Workday. This is no diss at Workday but just the nature of their comp and the talent they attract now a days.

Workday lowball you. It will be very easy decision once the numbers are out.
The recruiter told me that it would be in the range of mid 300. I also saw some datapoints around that range. But not sure though.
