Curious to hear about the ranking algorithms for us women (and men, if it’s different per gender??) from people that’ve worked at bumble/hinge/tinder. And of course, curious about any loopholes or hacks people in the know can take advantage of : ) #dating
I have never worked at a dating app, but you can read all about dating app “elo scores” online that show you people in the similar attractiveness league as you. It doesn’t make sense to only show you hotties if you’re ugly because you’ll never match with them and you’ll get discouraged. If many people swipe right on you, your elo score gets raised. If lots of people swipe left on you, your score gets lowered. Getting a right swipe from someone with a high elo score will raise your score more. Moral of the story is don’t be ugly. https://thetab.com/uk/2018/11/19/elo-tinder-secret-ranking-system-86395
Tinder claims to have stopped all rankings after people became angry about that. I don’t believe that, of course
Just keep making these posts on Blind, you won’t need a dating app, your inbox is probably full already 😜
Just look attractive, nothing more to it.

There are no shortcuts. As a man, you must prioritize your career. Focus on securing promotions and rising to the top. Take care of your parents and find ways of giving back to the community. All women prefer mature, responsible, and career-oriented men.
Not about shortcuts. It’s a tool. Of course agree with you on your points, but that doesn’t invalidate the question.
If you wait that long, all the good ones are taken!
