Microsoft milk the outsourcing business like it’s nobody’s business. hey I think google and other big companies that rely on buddy shop should hired contractors themselves instead of hiding behind shell/outsourcing company that don’t add any value to the pipeline or give more benefit to contractors. Working at Walmart as retailers(I’m talking about benefits here not wage) give you more benefit than outsourcing companies.
