Hi Blind, I’m deciding between 2 offers from Freewheel owned by Comcast and Magnite. Freewheel $142 TC Magnite $132 TC YOE 3 in sales Curious to know if anyone has experienced working for these 2 companies before and can share a bit about the tech stack and health of the company in this recession?
Curious, which one did you choose and how do you like it there?
The Freewheel culture is much better. The company is growing.
Another + to freewheel (which for some reason recruiters tend not to know much about) - there is pretty consistent yearly stock grants- for 130k base you’ll get an additional 20k or so in stock/options. These vest over 4 years. If you want to confirm, ask your recruiter about “management grants”. They should be able to find out 2022 numbers and will tell you that there is no guarantee for future years/it will not be part of your contract. But it is a Comcast-wide very consistent benefit.
