Deciding between 2 offers, NOVA/DC area

Location: NOVA/DC YOE: 2 Position: Software engineering Offer 1: Salary: $100k Stock: $115k over 4 years Offer 2: Salary: $115k Stock: $10k over 5 years (almost negligible tbh) Friend at company 2 says I should push for $125 and that they’d probably say yes. Both companies have pretty similar culture, non-cash benefits, growth potential, etc.
