I make them an ‘acquaintance’ and unfollow them. I make all my posts at friends except acquaintances visibility so they won’t see any of it and I won’t see any of them. Then I indulge in activities that tire me so I don’t have the ability to wallow in my sorrow, such as tennis or running.
I’m happy I’m now married. Before that I had been broken up with so many times it was almost a routine.
😔
Ya, why keep them?
Deleted some, blocked one. Blocked the one I was REALLY close with. Couldn’t handle looking at their posts/photos, and couldn’t stop myself from visiting their profile every now and then.
Always delete them. It's fucking hard, but it only serves a nostalgic fantasy.
Be successful, let them feel the mistake they have done
Do you really care if your ex looks at you food pictures? Unless they are stalking you, why care? Live your life for yourself and let them go peacefully.
As a person who has made these mistakes , healing is always faster when you get them out of their system completely including social media. Unless you are mindful that that are not a part of your life or never will be you cannot move to your new frame of reference. It’s hard but that poison has to be drunk. Also try not to have negative feelings because it tales away the positive memories you have with them
Out of sight, out of mind (sort of)
I don’t use Facebook. I burn or delete all our photos together.

Hypocrisy of Indians
They “limited what I can see” on their profile so I deleted them.
