Technically Deloitte is my client so I just need on Deloitte letter head, i guess..
I guess asking your immigration team at Persistent Systems to take care of these paperwork is a good way to go. I have heard that some companies may have inefficient immigration teams, you just have to be pushing them to get your work done. After all it’s your benefit.
USCIS no longer requires Client Letters. Confirmed it from Deloitte Immigration Attorneys. But on Talent, you can get Employment Verification Document.

Does USCIS still ask for that?
Always good idea to go with all potential asked docs. 221g takes couple of months for approval otherwise.
