Deloitte offer MIA
Had three round interviews last week with Deloitte. Heard back on Monday from the recruiter saying I crushed it and if everything goes well should be receiving an offer letter on Friday. After close of business I still haven't received an offer letter. Cause for concern or par for the course at Delloitte? Context: applied for an SAP specific role.
No cause for concern. There are multiple internal approvals and they are aggregated and run thru a senior partner for approvals. There is general freeze in hiring. Thus, approvals are taking longer with multiple people involved. You'll get it. This'll take time. The recruiter doesn't know the entire approval process. So hang in there.
Agree w comments above re process yet, tbh, wouldn’t hang my hat on word of recruiter.
