Delotte Manager offer evaluation
I got formal offer from Deloitte Technology Consulting. I need your help to understand if they are lowballing me. Is there room to negotiate? Base - $180K Sign On - $20K Performance - 23% (not in fiscal year ending in 2022 that is why they offered sign on) Location- Texas Role- Manager in Technology Consulting Do not require any visa/work sponsorship.
Used to work for Deloitte (worst time of my career). It’s high for Manager salary. I wish you all the best. You should be ready to work with old outdated tech and work on weekends, holidays.
This is a decent offer but I have seen higher numbers. Btw, are you at infosys? Mind sharing current tc/level?
Definitely better than infosys . You will never get that salary with infosys

FYI folks talking about number being high are using outdated info. There is serious case of salary inversion at Deloitte rn
