Denied job interview mentioning TN Visa
Looks like companies are willing to sponsor O-1 but not TN due to past rejections at border. Anyone faced such rejection ? Is that true ? Role: TPM

Yes, faced it . TN gives a lot of weight on the US border officer decision, so you have higher chance of having a rejection/revocation If you happen to cross using TN Avoid Pearson airport (Toronto) and try to cross the border Monday to Friday 8 to 4 pm, to meet the more seasoned US officers.

Would you recommend land border or Billy Bishop? I got grilled at land borders but had ok experience at Pearson when I used to be an intern.

I was told the opposite: do go to Pearson airport and don't go to land borders (not by my company, just from friends and classmates)

I did Pearson and went ok
I don’t think TPM has justification for TN? TN doesn’t require sponsorship and is honestly a formality for eng if done with pre approvals.
