Hi guys, I'm a New-Grad who hasn't been able to get any interviews. I see a ton of companies hiring still and classmates either getting return offers from FAANG or places like Stripe, Snap etc. For me, however, I haven't been able to get any interviews and I've applied for every job online. People tell me to get referrals but I don't really know anyone that works in the industry. All I do now is wake up, apply for jobs, eat, grind LeetCode, and sleep. Does anyone have any advice on how to get out of this mental state?
Your resume is probably very bad. That’s all recruiters can see before inviting to an interview. Ask your classmates who scored many interviews for their resume as an example.
Depending on how bad there's a few tricks I use. Working out / running, eating large amounts of dark chocolate (for the oxytocin), drinking with friends, writing a journal, screaming as loud as I can (hard if you live in a populated area), sleeping like 10 hours, taking a "social media break" for like a week. Even just going for a 30m walk helps. Change of scenery.
When did u graduate?
Still in school currently a senior.

How to get referrals from LinkedIn?
Thanks for the advice but I was mainly wondering how someone can feel better and be more productive in a situation like this. Doing what I'm doing right now feels like garbage because it's like I'm banging my head against a wall. At the same time, I can't do anything else or I just keep thinking about how I'm unemployed..
