Desperately looking for a job change

Love my team and my work as an SWE at a startup in the Bay Area. My manager told me in our 1:1 that he’s looking to leave and told me to immediately start looking for a new role (as I’m on H1), as he doesn’t think (his personal opinion) that the company can get Bridge funding before running out of runway (5 months from now) Having worked at only startups, I consider myself to be more of a generalist and I want to move to a bigger organization (not FAANG but companies like Slack, Doordash, Rippling, Stripe, Block, Plaid, Discord, Robinhood,…) Would want my focus to be in backend engineering for my next role, as that’s where I have most experience in. I’m interested in talking to the people from the above mentioned companies, more than getting referrals. TC 150k YoE 4
