Did anyone receive their severance package yet?
Did anyone receive their severance package yet? Got laid off yesterday at Compass , I was told that by end of the next day I will receive the severance package. Still waiting here. If someone recieved it ; was it by email or by post (ups/fedex/usps)?

Severance is paid during the next pay cycle on ADP. They don’t do manual off cycle payments. I think it’s minimum 5-6 weeks pay depending on tenure.
