Thinking of making a move to Facebook soon. Other than perkup at LinkedIn, what are some differences in perks between Facebook and LinkedIn? I saw some perks mentioned here: https://www.levels.fyi/company/Facebook/benefits/ TC: $450k, Manager at LinkedIn #linkedin #facebook
Honestly the shutdowns are better!
LinkedIn all the way unless there is a big difference in pay. Better wlb. Consider ESPP as well that can offset child bucks and child care. And the 2 shutdowns. Above 450k, does these small perks even matter?

Agree with the above posts - perks are better at LinkedIn so only makes sense moving for TC. One perk I saw better at FB is 4 month parental leave, while LinkedIn is just 3.

I don’t think there is much of difference between them.. if you have kid, FB gives 3k childcare money and also one time baby cash payment upon the birth.
just noticed the $3000 reimbursement for child care. Thats nice. I guess Facebook doesn't have two shutdowns every year like LinkedIn
