Digital Advisor role at Microsoft

Hello, A few weeks ago a recruiter from Microsoft reached out to me for a role as “Digital Advisor”. In the last I worked with the Global Digital Advisors at MS, so I figured out this would be the same line of work. I had a few interviews and a pretty simple case, and after taking to the people and looking them up in LinkedIn I saw that almost none of them have a strategy background and are mainly from system integrators or former client success manager which transferred internally. My questions are: How do the career levels look like? Is there a difference in responsibilities based on experience? What’s the total compensation? Since this might help: Background in business and technology. Worked for Accenture in innovation strategy. Switched to a small boutique and became partner. Company’s been acquired by Accenture a year ago (which sucks, tbh) I got a bachelor of science in Information technology, an executive MBA and did the executive studies at Harvard business school. Living in Germany, 14 years of experience. Current base salary is 160k/€, car allowance 15k, plus up to 50% bonus. Would appreciate any insights #microsoft #DigitalAdvisor #consulting
