Respected Blinders, I am starting a job search and need your word of wisdom about what to ask for comp-wise. Here are the opportunities I am pursuing - all are at security-focused companies in the South Bay: - Director PMM with a small team at a $2.5B public rockstar company - Sr. Director PMM at a 1,000+ person co taken private by Thoma Bravo - VP of PMM at a 900-person co taken private by Vista. What should I ask for in terms of base/bonus/sign-in/equity for each, please? I am hoping to be at at least $350k annual cash comp (base+bonus+sign-on). Is it realistic? I have 20 years total / 4 years of Dir/Sr. Dir-level PMM experience. Many thanks for your help in advance

Too less , I know few directors who earn 400 plus easily including bonus
