Director comp in Series C startup
What comp (base salary, equity, bonus if any) should I expect for product director role in a Series C startup in San Francisco?

Depends on what's your YOE, Current role you are in.
8 yrs experience, currently Sr PM, soon getting to Principal PM.

OP how did you get a director level position from senior? Is it just impact or showing management skill, etc?
Around 250k base. Equity is really hard to value at Series C. You will likely get Options at this stage and you will have to make a call at whether this is worth the risk for you

As I said, equity is hard to value. Based on the option strike price today, I would recommend trying to estimate your payoff for low, medium and high growth scenarios and see how much you stand to make in 4 years
