Director level PM at at&t

Hi, I just got an offer from At&t for a pm position at director level. Not sure what compensation to expect since I am just a senior at Uber. Can anyone help me with what my overall compensation should be around? TC - 350K including paper money

I have been at Uber for a while now. Would like to take a break. Moreover, they are offering me to move to LA, so would be a good opportunity to move out of the bay area

Been with AT&T for 7 years. Never seen a PM role with such TC
