What would be a good package for a DocuSign director, in Seattle. I’m looking to leave the Bay Area, and am not sure what to expect. It seems like google/fb/Amazon will pay 1m+ in total comp, but is DocuSign in that group? Thanks! My current TC is 1.3M at a pre IPO company (left box a bit ago).
Docusign Director would be around 400-600k TC.
So like a typical SDM? That's crazy. I guess I'd rather be director at 400 than SDM at 400. Being an SDM is super boring. @OP you don't need this, send them my way
Why would you want more responsibility for same pay?
Yoe ?
Roughly 20.

What do you think is wrong with a kid who got rejected by 9 colleges?
Both areas are HCOL, and both have the same vibes IMO. It depends on how bad you want a change of scenery and role. I would take it if I had your YOE and try to eventually transfer to TX, AZ, NC, VA, or other LCOL to keep more money in the pockets at the end of the month
Yup it’s a work life a balance call, spend more time with my two little ones (under 7) and they are only gonna need more time with me.
