Disappointed with Uber interview experience
Interviewed with Uber for senior role. Coded optimal executable solution. Interviewer was happy, and told me best of luck for rest of the interview. Following day I get a rejection email. Dejected. Folks work hard to crack interviews, and even after having a fully functional solution if they reject its disappointing. #tech #uber #interview Tc: 240k, 5yeo

Not sure.. They knew from the beginning during recruiter screening
Same thing happened to me or at least in my opinion last week with Uber also. Design round I felt was one of my best performances ever! Oh well, better things around the corner!

I had a similar experience at Square recently. It happens. Just move on to the next one. A lot of it is luck.

Hmm..i doubt it..we got off in the right foot after the interview..but who knows perceptions can be different
You never know, the role might have gotten backfilled by the time you did the interview
Possible..but they could have referred for another role you know
Uber is terrible about that kind of thing, hasn't changed since I first interviewed 3 years ago
