Just got an offer from Disney+ Hotstar. Can someone rate my offer? Current tc - ₹10L + 5k usd stock New tc - ₹19L + 5.5k usd stock YOE - ~2 Role offered - Security Engineer 1 #disney #hotstar

What is the compensation they offered? I strongly think that I have been lowballed due to my current low tc.

I am also being lowballed, their offer is just 30% hike over current TC: 33L+3L RSU Haven't negotiated yet. 4YOE. Did you join btw?
