Do LinkedIn call or email to reject?

Hello, I did my final round last Wednesday and I emailed to recruiter today and she said I am on her list to call as they just wrapped up all interviews yesterday. It is abit nerve wracking. Do they normally call to reject or to give you an offer? Any signs here at all #linkedin #interview
