I know a lot of you work at workday so I’m curious, why do customers use it? It never auto fills a resume well, and it requires me to type in my resume manually. I honestly just wouldn’t apply when I see those links. So what’s the value of workday that Greenhouse doesn’t provide? #tech #workday
I couldn’t agree more, if I see it’s workday, I don’t bother applying a lot of times.
Workday is the leading HR platform right now and recruiting is just an add-on. For companies to use Workday for HR(comp,benefits,etc.) and use a separate system for recruiting would involve maintaining 2 separate systems and a bunch of integrations between them so they don’t want to go through that hassle
workday sucks.
A lot of times if a company buys Workday for their HRIS, they just get Workday Recruiting for free. Recruiters and candidates might hate it, but hard to beat free.
