Do all onsite candidates in Google Kirkland go to hiring committee for SWE role ?
Had omsite interview last week Google Kirkland for SWE. Recruiter just informed that hiring committee will review my candidature. Can I be cautiously optimistic? Or does every onsite candidate in Kirkland gets sent to hiring committee? Thanks

I got reject from recruiter before no HC....so odds improving... Still 50/50 or less depending on site
