Do any companies sponsor visas for spouse?
I work overseas as a US citizen and married overseas, was wondering if any companies sponsor a visa for a spouse if i were to want to apply and move back to the US and bring my spouse with me. It's a lot faster process if a company helped cause they have a bucket of lawyers and i'd prefer to have a job moving back to the US. Anyone have experience with this? #visa #tech
Why would they? As a US citizen, you can sponsor your spouse directly.
I work overseas and would like to have employment going back to the US and bring my spouse with me without having to do long distance for a decent while. I make peanuts overseas and pretty sure not enough to be qualified as a sponsor lmao even as a SWE
Spousal visas have trivial sponsorship requirements.
