JPMC has job position that is not really looking to hire the company has the same posting for months and still they cant found anyone???? the securities at the firm is horriable!!! Dishonest
Possibly due to hiring freezes? Jobs are posted but can't hire until the freeze is over. Managers don't want to take them down because they are budgeted for the position. It would help if you used spell check, you write terrible, maybe that's why you can't get a job there?

Invest in spellcheck. They also post jobs solely to allow an internal candidate or contractor to apply to it. Another scenario is posting it for an H1-B candidate who is applying for their green card as a formality when they have no real intention of hiring someone for the role.
Hiring takes months. Freezes for Q4.
It can also be an actual posing but they are looking for fit / not urgent need.
