Should I sell recently vested RSU at loss for Wealthfront 6% API?
I'm interested in a 1.5y old tech startup in the Bay area (silicon valley) with < 10 employees. What are the chances that they will sponsor a H1B visa and green card? Even if they say they do, what are the risks associated? I'm from India and currently on H-1B visa (second term). Green card status is I-140 approved.
Some time tech startups works with 3rd party vendors who hold your visa.
There are no restrictions on company size for anything as long as they can show $$$ and for GC demonstrate they could not find a citizen. They may have a lawyer they work with or you can work with the one you find (they need to pay him/her and all the fees still)
Many do. Transfers are fairly easy for employers. They typically hire an immigration lawyer who would handle your case.
