Do we get a partial bonus if we quit Fidelity before the year end?
I left in August. Someone told me I’d get my partial bonus but I am skeptical and don’t believe it.

I believe that’s only partially true for chairman’s shares and maybe profit sharing. But that’s only if you leave in say January before they pay out

No they explicitly mention that you have to be employed as of Dec 31

To be precise..... In India bonus is paid out on December 15th. If you are in the company on December 15th, you get the bonus or else you don't.
Depends on the company, but most companies I know of require you to be an employee as of 12/31 in order to get profit share/bonus.
