Do you consider 4+ years at a company without a title change negative?

What would the cutoff be before it would look negative in your eyes?

Yes flat. Anyway projects and contribution/skills are more important than titles. (Pay is too)

To me, it depends. The time it takes From junior to senior and from staff to principal is definitely different. I would say the higher the title, the longer it takes to stay in the original one.
