In the past, I have interviewed multiple candidates who perfectly ace the LC questions I throw at them along with subsequent follow-ups. However, they lack hard/soft skills such as communicating or domain-specific knowledge. In 99% of the cases, I usually just give them a hire rating as long as they seem competent. Blind tax: 390
So they lack skills that are actually relevant to the job but as long as they practiced LC enough, that's a good indicator that they're a good hire. Is that what you're trying to say?
