If you see in many reviews that a company has ghosted candidates or has an unnecessarily difficult/abusive/ridiculously protracted interview process OR if you go to apply and see it’s a Workday form, do you just say “nah” and move on? That’s where I am. Curious to see how frustrated others are. TC: 220
Can someone explain what's wrong with workday forms? Applications suck in general, what's wrong with workday powered ones?
From the ones I’ve applied to recently, they require you to have a login and at times manuallly add in your info since it won’t auto fill. Auto fill may be a bug but kind of annoying nonetheless
Workday forms take 5 minutes to fill out (if you’re efficient, more if not) while greenhouse or lever take 1. Fk workday
If Workday could do a general application for all jobs (1 user/psswd), it would be acceptable, but having to do a new signup for every application is what’s annoying.
Idk I really like Workday
The moment I see, workday, I close the tab and search for another opportunity.
Absolutely this
