Like Amazon reviews, bad ones are more trustworthy

After the shitshow that's my current situation, I kick myself for not taking Glassdoor reviews more seriously. I won't be making that mistake again.

What exactly do you expect from Walmart??

Walmart gaslit Oct 26, 2023

Agreed. Had I listened to Glassdoor, I would have known that.

I only stick to places above an average of 4 stars and at least 1000 reviews. That indicates a pattern of success and safety in numbers will say it's not just fake reviews by HR.

Take 1 and 2 star reviews with a pinch of salt. However, really take into account those 3 and 4 star reviews. I tend to ignore 5 star reviews.

The first company I worked for had a 4+ glassdoor review and was one of the worst places I've ever worked. Never really paid attention to glassdoor reviews after that.
